The last successful scan to email we had working was on the 11th April, sometime after that it stopped working. I can't seem to be able to get it working with our Google Apps email.
The only change which has recently happened is out ISP changed our bonded Internet hardware around the same timeand we were required to change our public IP's. The new bonding hardware gives our firewall a private IP so we had to login to the bonding router and setup a host allocation so that all traffic get forwarded to our firewall. To confirm you can reach our firewall with our public IP address.
