We've recently acquired a brand new out of the box Kyocera FS-6525MFP printer. I've been able to set it on the network with a static IP and host name.
I am able to access the web interface with the Admin credentials to make changes, and the only thing i've really changed aside from the aforementioned settings was change the sleep mode from energy save to quick recovery.
However, I installed the printer on my laptop successfully by direct IP with a 64-bit Windows 7 driver but whenever i try to print a test page the printer throws up an attention light and the mini screen requires a username and password. This is unacceptable in the department it is installed at even if i set printing credentials to users.
So far i have not been able to find out how to bypass that completely so it does not prompt for credentials every time someone prints.
