I have a question about using HP inkjet cartridges vs refilled cartridges. Obviously refilled are much cheaper and HP does not recommend using them. We use HP inkjets almost exclusively for each user (about 14) and our business manager insists on buying the refilled because of the cost. We seem to have problems with the print quality on almost each printer at some time. Does using the refilled cartridges cause problems over time? I won't use the refilled on my printer at home. I've never had a problem with my home printer and I just want to buy a cartridge, put it in and have the printer work. I just don't want the hassle of dealing with potentially bad cartridges.
