Team we are really stuck here, we have threeof these sharpprinters and they have only been in operation for just over a month. With thissaid currently we can’t scan anything and or fax anything, everything is setupcorrectly and I know this to be true as all of our Ricoh units work with noissue.
Our local service provider on these units has been less thanhelpful by always trying to toss the puck at our e-mail server when again it'snot. Upon my further research I have found another company that was experiencingthe same issue and ended having to return their printers. I really hope this isnot the route we will have to take.
Does anyone have any ideas? Does sharp have some kind offirmware update for these units? It just sucks as my admissions office cant dotheir jobs due to the down time. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you mayhave!
