We have a customer with an HP Color LasetJet 400 series printer that is giving us fits. It is using a Ethernet connection and was installed from one users workstation as a shared printer. Multiple users print to this printer with no problems. The user that we installed this from prints everything fine, with the exception of adobe pdf files. Any pdf document(and today a form from a website (which may or may not be in adobe format), prints out in mirrored image. This is where what is supposed to be white prints black and vise versa. I have uninstalled and re installed the printer twice. If you print the same document to the big Sharp Multifunction Printer, no problem.
A suggestion from someone at HP said to up load the latest firmware and install it, which I did yesterday. It said the update completed successfully, but it still is...
