Cannot print from IE to new printer

Cannot print from IE to newly installed printer.  It is a dell 1355 cn MFP. I installed it on a print server (server 2008 r2 standard), and it will print normally, except from IE.  The print job is sent, but then nothing happens on the printer.  I can print from IE to other printers, but not this one.  Thank you all in advance!
