I have one user who consistently has printing problems. She has minor issues with the network printers, but those are manageable (usually restarting the spooler service takes care of that). The real problem is her local (USB) printer. When it works, it's incredibly slow. I'm talking this morning it took almost 10 minutes for a 500 KB 1-page file to spool and print. I've replaced her USB cable thinking that it was the problem, and we've used several different USB ports on her machine. This printer has been used recently by a couple other people without any problems (and it prints for them at reasonable speeds).
