I was setting up Keepass today so I'd have all my sensitive passwords kept away from some other guys in my department. I was taking down the printer admin password when I noticed I hadn't changed it from default when it first arrived a couple of months ago. I reset the password to a generic on I use for other printers but it has locked me out. I don't know whether I typed it wrong twice or what but it doesn't work.
Xerox documentation is useless. There is something in the manual about 'Service Resets' but this just takes you to somewhere you have to sign in to change.
Does anyone know how to reset this machine to factory defaults?
