We have a Panasonic DP-1820P which has come off a lease from our Administrative Department. All they used it for was making copies even though it has a network port.
I have relocated it to an area to replace an old network printer and give them a copier all in one. I went through the configurations and set the printer just to use DHCP so I could make sure the network port was working. It picked up an address no problem. From my PC I am able to ping the IP and get a good response.
I set up the printer using a standard tcp/ip port and the drivers from Panasonic's website. But when I send a document to it, it does not print or show on the printer that data is coming in?
The document dissapears from my print queue on my PC as well like it was sent ok.
During the network scan, Spiceworks picked it right up and was even able to tell me how...
