We have a Muratec MFX-2590 at on of our offices that will not send faxes. We are pretty sure it is not the fax line, as the thing can receive faxes. The error it generates is: "Transmission Error. Remote fax is not compatible" We have tried sending to the fax at our main office, which we know is up and running and which we have used to successfully send faxes to this Muratec. We are out of ideas. Anyone got anything that we could try?
