HP LaserJet 3530 - Enable Encrypted Scan to Folder or Email

I've been tasked with ensuring all of our nine (9) HP LaserJet 3530 printers have the functionality to encrypt documents when scanning to a folder or to an email. Additionally, if using Scan to Folder, we need the ability to set up the printer so that each user can enter their network credentials once. Has anyone had any success with this? Do I need updated firmware (each one of the printers has different firmware versions)? If so, what specific firmware update should I get? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
