First I would like to thank everyone who helped with the previous issue of the printers. This is what I'm referencing.
We did manage to get the printers back in working order, though now we're dealing with another issue. There is now a long pause between telling the workstation to print, and the print dialog box popping up. The delay is between almost 20 and 50 seconds. I had to time it because I wasn't getting accurate times from the users.

We're using a print server which handles the printers and drivers. We are using Desktop Authority (9.2) to give the users access to the right printers for their office. (This was the setup even before I got hired).
The print server is running Windows Server 2008 R2; Printers are all HPs, but a mix of LaserJet 2100 series, p2055dn, m401nde, m401dn, m401n, and p2015 series.
