Does anyone out there a) have a Kodak Scan Station 100 and b) know how one might flash it back to its original software or otherwise reset it to factory defaults?
After following the Kodak procedure for updating (http://graphics.kodak.com/DocImaging/US/en/Products/Document_Scanners/Networked/Scan_Station_100/Sup...) I restarted the device and was greeted with:
Nothing I can do can seem to get it back to a working state. Obviously, the device is long out of warranty and no longer even supported by Kodak, but up until this misguided upgrade, it worked perfectly.
For what it's worth, it does acquire a network address as I can ping it and even remote-desktop to it (not that I have a clue what the login creds are).
help!!??
