I'd really like to have the Description of the device included in the email though.
With a number of printers, I have to look up which printer it actually is.
I also want to forward the notice to the person that order and replaces the toner. The way it is now she wouldn't know what printer it is other then it's network name, and that name is determined by our Network group, and is not descriptive of where the printer actually is....
Can I add the description to the email notice?
