Help with IR 3300 Canon copier machine

Hi

I need some help with an IR 3300 canon copier , to make or get copy from mode book, but when  I use mode book 2 to 2 side , i get imcomplete copies, which just to view middle imagen on a face of paper sheet and other imagen on other face of paper sheet,
