Hi. I have an Canon ImageRunner 3200g that is showing error E000246-001. I have contacted vendors I’ve used in the past and trust; all of which indicate that it’s a code related to updates being incorrectly flashed/done. First, does anyone know anything about this or concur.
Secondly, is this machine worth fixing? We’ve had it between six and ten years, it get’s moderate use and it’s had a ton of issues, primarily the fuser.
Just read on FixYa that this error was related to a full toner waste bottle; does this sound right? What's the real reason.
