Generally don't have any complaints / issues - a few about file size and quality when printing from office products but not like this..

User opens a PDF
Hits Print and verifies all settings like:
No scaling and auto detect page size by paper size (shows letter), then they continue..
Software shows the print sent... At the copier however there is an error.. page size is unknown and doesn't know where to send the job. Manually select LTR and it prints without issue.
Now back at the desk the user hits print again without changing anything and merely sending the print job again...
Now the auto select size by page size (screen shows 8.5x11 detected)...
