The company I work has a HP Laserjet 4014n, never had an issues with it until this week.
When you print something from any program word, notepad, excel, etc... it locks the program up and won't print at all, you have to open task manger to end the program, if you print to another printer it prints fine. I did a system restore on the printer and that fixed it for about 5 minutes, and then it stopped working again, and it does this on every computer on the network, it's not just one computer, we run windows 7 pro 32bit and 64bit.
Nothing has changed on the network, no new software, hardware, no new employees that could have done something. I called HP Support but they're closed until Monday morning.
I also tried updating the firmware, but it locked the program up and never would take the update.
