Hi,
We have recently introduced a few Ricoh MP C4503 colour printers into our company using group policy to deploy the printer to each of the users pc's. The one problem that we are having is trying to default the 'Basic Settings' preset to black and white instead of its current urge to use Colour.
Is there a way to change this and force users to use B/W print setting which they can then change for a colour document is need be?
We don't want any changes made by a client PC to impact the server settings or any other clients on the network.
