Hello SpiceWorks community,
We have a mixed environment of both Mac and PC with the majority of the users on Macs running OS X 10.9 although I still have a few users that are on 10.7 and 10.8. The PC users are all on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
Currently the users in our office connect to our printers directly through their assigned IP addresses, we do not use a print server.
I am hoping there is a way for me to set the defaults on the printers so that they will always print black and white first but still allow the user the option to switch to colour.
I've been browsing the forums but not had any luck finding a solution. I am really hoping there will be a way to do this without having to go to each individual users workstation.
