Hello - I just upgraded our HR manager from windows XP to windows 7. He no longer has the ability to scan documents using his M20i. I've downloaded the TWAIN drivers from Xerox's website and downloaded PaperPort 14 (Trial version because I wanted to see if I could get it to work before purchasing it for $200. Paperport 9 came with the machine when the County originally purchased it however its not compatible with Windows 7. Anyways - no matter what I do in the configuration PaperPort doesn't recognize the scanner function on the M20i. I've got it connected via USB (printing works fine) however when I try and setup the scanner PaperPort complains there are no scanners attached. I've also tried Windows Fax and Scan and it doesn't see the scanner nor does ScanVue. I've done some research online but come up with nothing helpful. Any help...
