Hi
I have recently added 2 HP printers to the network.
M610 mono laser and an officejet 7110.
Both devices are detected by SpiceWorks but both give this error
"We couldn't connect to this device due to the following error: No open ports for this device were found to be responding."
I have tried getting it to scan using http and it says "yep that worked ....." then returns to this error.
I have removed the device from SpiceWorks and re-scanned, no luck.
I have thried the snmp route using the suggestions on here and still come up empty.
Any help? Please.
