Posting second time today, I don't think that happened to me before :)
I got a call today from our archives way up north about a problem I have not encountered before. They have a printer up there - the HP 2420 mentioned in the topic. I got a call today from them saying, that it's not printing some combinations of letters. Couldn't possibly imagine what are they talking about, so I asked them to scan it and send it to me, so I can take a look - part of the scan is attached. Apparently what happens is, if there's a document with double ts - "tt" or "fi" it won't print it. Will just skip over, like in the attached image. The printer has it's years, so I assume that I'll probably have to exchange it, but I find this problem kind of intersting, so I decided to post and ask if anyone encountered something like this before ? Or maybe there's an easy way to fix this ? Anything ? :)
