So its time to replace our fax server. I noted through records our existing unit was purchased in 2002 from Castelle Faxpress. That company was acquired in 2008 by a company called Opentext. Reviews of their current product line are not the best.
The biggest reason for replacement is the software necessary for faxrouting is only supported on Windows NT, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
With our adoption of Windows 7, Server 2008 & Server 2012 the old unit is no longer compatible and its time to upgrade. I have reached out 2 different fax appliance vendors.
FaxBack being one and Multi-Tech FaxFinder which is a product that CDW sells.
Has anybody had experience with either FaxBack or FaxFinder?
Are there any other recommendations?
