Greetings all,
I have a customer that has a Konica Minolta C353 MFP; for the last while they have been printing a monthly Bulletin which they produced using MS word. They would send the print job and it would print to 11 x 17, center fold and staple. Since changing over top MS Publisher 2013 the MFP will not fold and staple (.pub documents only).
I ran other print jobs through the printer and it stapled and folded without issue. I also checked the configuration of the printer and it is set up properly. This leads me to believe that something in Publisher is causing the issue, but for the life of me I cannot see anything out of place
Has anyone else seen this type of behavior/issue?
