My school district is having a lot of trouble with some computers not showing the printers and devices. It is so very stressful and frustrating> I have been to several blog sites and they all suggest "Bluetooth" being the problem. This is not the problem. It does not discriminate from desktops or laptops. These are mostly local printers in classrooms, we have network printers that can be pushed out through the network, sometimes though if you cannot get into the menu for devices and printers, you cannot delete the generic items, so the computer will auto default to those. There is no rhyme or reason to the problem. We are on an active directory and have asked the group that installed it to look into the issue, but nothing yet. Our network admin can't figure it out! Please help me troubleshoot this issue.
