We currently have a very old server with a Brooktrout board and 2 DID lines that handles all of our inbound and outbound faxing using GFI Faxmaker software.
In preparation for this server's imminent demise, we need to explore our options.
Does anyone have any experience with taking a DID line to IP? Is this even possible?
If not, what other solutions have you explored and/or implemented?
