Can't connect to printer

I'm getting the following error when trying to connect a computer to a printer via my print server. I have gone to C:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS and there is nothing there. I have also run Rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /s /t2 and tried to delete the drivers to see if they are corrupt and it won't let me. It says they are in use despite the fact I have removed the printers from devices and printers.

It's a Dell computer with 7 Pro x86 on it. Any suggestions would be great!
