Since we set up our 2012 R2 Remote Desktop farm, we have hadnumerousproblems with printers. We have two print servers (one 2008 for our old farm, one 2012). On the 2012 farm, we use the 2012 server. All users connect to printers via this server. On each specific terminal server, there are 1-8 printers thatrefuseto go away. If I delete them, they come back. ALWAYS. Like Herpes...but less icky.
I think I have actually reached the limits of Google's capacity with the amount of searching I've done to resolve this issue. I have tried:
- Going through the registry of each server and deletingevery single referenceI could find to each printer. The printers do not reappear in the registry, despite reappearing in the users' profiles.
