So I've noticed I get two kinds of alerts from Spiceworks regarding our multi-function printer devices:
Magenta Photoconductive Drum has less than 10% remaining on x.x.x.x
and
Cyan Developer has less than 10% remaining on x.x.x.x
What's the difference between the Drum and Developer alerts? I've seen instances of both alerts for the same color on the same printer, and instances of different alerts for different colors on the same printer. I was never "the printer guy" - I'm lost!
The printers in question are multi-function Sharp units - do these have separate toner and some kind of developer solution?
