Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1, IE 10, OKI C711 color laser printer (networked).
Suddenly ONE user cannot print to this printer from IE. The little print monitor icon appears in the system notification area, but nothing ever spools to it. The print job just vanishes.
Prints fine from Firefox. Prints fine from both browsers to all other printers. Prints fine if I install a local copy of the C711 that bypasses the print server (Server 2008R2) and prints directly to the printer. Nobody else is having issues printing to the C711 through the print server.
I have removed the printer connection from the local machine & allowed GPO to reinstall it. No love.
I'd prefer to not have an orphan printer driver hanging out there. Any thoughts on what to check next?
