I work for a law firm that produces a lot of paper. And they put most of this paper in folders and label them with THREE identical labels. Right now people are printing labels on one of those battery powered portable label makers. I've seen USB connected label printers that would be better, but given the number of staff we'd probably end up buying 4-6 of them so I'd like them networked.
Anyone ever bought this sort of thing before? Good or bad brands? Should I get one with built in networking or is a USB/ethernet print server a good way to save money? Would an integrated one be more reliable? Are there sizes to think about? Duty cycles/month?
