Making custom print settings the default on every print job.

Hey There,

I have a VP that is requesting a way to make every print job a "locked print". He prints personal information about our staff so frequently that he wants to avoid printing something (say someone's paystub), skipping the secure print piece by mistake, and the doc falling into the wrong hands. He'd also like to save a few steps when printing.

So the perfect scenario is: he picks his Ricoh copier, says print, and the settings are already set to lock the job at the copier, with the same username and password in the set up everytime. Any ideas?

I've tried going to "Printer Properties>Advanced Tab>Printing Defaults" and saving the default settings, but the settings don't pass through to the apps i've tried, such as MS Office.

Thanks for the help!
