We have a Xerox Workcentre 5150 printer and have the printing defaults set to use secure printing, so when a user goes to the printer they have to find and select their print job by their username and enter their pin code. However when a small number of users when they print from Outlook, their jobs show with the username of one a former domain admin's account name. Which of course makes it difficult to discern whose job is whose.
Users are printing from Windows 7 with Outlook 2010. Server is Windows 2008 R2 (64bit) and both the 64bit and 32bit drivers are checked off as available under the additional drivers for the print queue.
Anyone seen this?
