We have a fleet of about 30 HP printers, the majority of which have. the ability for job storage. When sending a print the user is able to go into the printer preferences, select the Job Storage tab and send a private print job to the printer which will require a PIN that the user specifies before being printed off.
I now want to enforce this option for all users so all prints require a PIN before printing off without having to rely on the user to remember to do this each time.
Any ideas or solutions? We are currently using HP WebJetAdmin to manage all of these printers put am unable to see any settings that could apply this
