Good afternoon Spice Heads. I am having issues with a Zebra printer, model TLP 2844-Z on a new windows 7 (64 bit)machine. I can install the printer. I used this for thedrivers (http://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/desktop/tlp-2844-z.html ...whichmay not be what I actually need).
Does anyone have experience with this printer and installing it?
I have tried multiple tactics such as resetting the printer to factory defaults by doing the 4 flash test (something like that, maybe not called exactly that though), which really does seem to help. However, when I try to simply print a test page from thewindows printer properties page, it doesn't work.
I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, etc. Nothing seems to work for this printer. Help!
