We have a few users that when they try to print the printer goes offline and wont print. This only happens once in a while, and if you wait long enough the printer will come back online. when i look in the print queue of the printer their are usually jobs that are stuck. I have only seen this happen when they are trying to print to two different printers. One way i have found to fix this temporarily is to delete the jobs out of the print queue and then restart the Print Spooler service on their local machine and then it seems to come back online. Any idea why this keeps happening??
