First time posting ... Happy Halloween!
I run the helpdesk at a small company (70 people) and I have received a request to set up mailboxes on 3 of our printers for each department. The current setup has everyone printing automatically to each printer. This has lead to pileups where people accidentally print 200+ pages. Not to mention the daily headache of sorting through everyone else's documents for every print job you do.
Here's the problem. Microsoft Office does not recognize the names of the mailboxes that I have setup via the browser terminal for each printer. I have setup the names for each department's mailbox by typing in the individual printer's IP address in a browser and administrating that browser page.
