Need a B/W Workgroup printer that does 40ppm

I am wondering what other are using, have used, and would not recommend for B/W printing of 40ppm printers. There is a group of 15 users that print about 1000 pages a month and we need to split them off to their own printer.  We do not want a MFP or Color since we have a larger printer for those functions.

Looking at HP, Lexmark, and Dell.  Needs to be B/W only, around the 40ppm speed and have an Ethernet port.
