I was walking by a copier this morning on the way to a meeting when I saw an employee trying to help out an intern with toner replacement. This is never a good sign, so I stopped in to see if I could lend a hand. Being the smart ass that I am, I threw out a quick "don't break the machine!" as a greeting. That got a grin and a "well you do it then" in return.
There was only a little bit of toner spilled when the user took the old cartridge out, so I kicked back to watch them work on the new one. The box slowly got opened (that tape can be difficult stuff) and the new cartridge came out of the bag. I had to step in though when I watched the cartridge go in upside down and the user looked like she was going to try and force it, which is never a good thing.
