Hello community, I have one lifebook that refuses to cooperate with me. Running windows 8, anytime the person tries to print a pdf file it just goes to not responding and locks up. I've made sure everything is up to date on the laptop. I've uninstalled and re installed acrobat. Tried from the drop down print, the icon print and control p, and even riht click the document for the quick print. It never brings up the box to pick the printer that you would like print to.
Any direction or places to look at would be greatly appreciated.
