We have several Konica Minolta Bizhubs hosted on a Windows 2003 R2 print server. We've traditionally installed the PCL drivers for them without incident or need to install PS drivers.
One of our graphics staff came downstairs today to inform us that one of our newest copiers, a bizhub c654, was printing garbage unless they turn their graphics into a .pdf first. My first thought was they probably need to use the PS driver since they're printing primarily from Photoshop and (occasionally) InDesign.
I'm wondering if there is a solution where I can install both drivers (without creating a separate machine on the server) and have it pick the correct driver. I would prefer a work around that is fairly seamless for the user, since training can be a bit slow to happen around here.
