XEROX 5755 Banner Page - Won't Disable

We have a Xerox 5755 copier that a Xerox rep had to reimage. I went into the web portal and the settings for printing, DISABLED banner page. It still prints one. I've also rebooted the copier with the same results. Any other place I can look?
