For some reason, when i use certain machines from my office to efax to myself. i get a fax but the PDF has an error when opening it.. "there was an error opening this document. there was a problem reading this document(110)". we recieve a fax but it gives that error message.. or sometime we dont even recieve anything..
the thing is i have elimnated the problem to either the number itself.. or the efax line..
things i tested:
1. switched out the machine with a working fax machine that was able to fax to the efax line. (did not work still)
2. the fax number was able to fax to a physical fax machine but not a efax..
3. called Phone company and they said there is no issue with routing on that number and if they call the fax number itself, it goes through perfectly fine..
4. called onebox and they said there is no issue with no the efax number,...
