We have about 5 employees in one county (but two different cities in the same county). Each city has a Verizon Mi-Fi device for internet access. Each city has their own printer. However, with the work they do being roaming of nature throughout the county, they will either be at one of their offices or at a public facility. We are doing marketplace enrollments for ACA/Obama Care.
The problem is yes these are those cheap, inkjet printers with Wi-Fi enabled (they use the Verizon Mi-Fi) and they will be using them interchangeably.
I have asked that we standardize to one set of laptops using one mi-fi and printer. So that they aren't trying to put each printer on a different network each time.
