Monitor printing

We have in our IT infrastructure multiple network printers.

Lately people are getting silly and keep printing a lot of prank and sill not work related things.

My boss does not like it and told me to find out who printed that and let him know....

Well, it is like impossible to tell.

I can see the log files from the server and from the printer, so I know who printed which 'documentname', but there was nothing suspicious. So they just renamed it to 'This is a workdocument and not a silly picture.doc'.

Is there any kind of printing monitor software that basically from every printed document, there is a picture taken and stored?

Or any other way to track back who might have printed it. As said, what was printed was a picture, no content that concludes from who it might have been.

Any help is appreciated.
