I have a single user who is having slow print issues to his HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn printer.
He prints from an application called MBS (Metal Building Systems)...the three other people in his group have no problems. Two of them are on Windows 7 and the other is on Windows 8.1
This user in question is also on 8.1. All of their settings for the printer and this application are just fine. He will print from this application, the printer will receive it, you hear the printer but then it stops, still saying printing document...10-15 seconds later, it prints. If he does multiple documents, well, you can see the pattern. It takes forever.
I've unloaded the full driver, loaded the universal, did both PCL5 and 6. Rebooted...reset spooler...flushed the DNS...nothing...
Suggestions?
