Early last week, all of our MFP (Printer / scanners) devices started having issues with scanning to email / filer, and it is still persisting through today. It does one of three things:
1. Completes as normal (25%)
2. Completes after 15 minutes to 5 hours after the initial scan (50%)
3. Fails and never gets sent out (25%)
I have verified authentications credentials, as well as changed the credentials for testing. I changed the DNS names of the servers to IP addresses to try and rule out DNS issues. I checked with the printer vendor to see about any know device issues, along with currently trying to test with Windump / Wireshark.
No changes that I am aware of have been made on our network when this started happening, and I do not have access to our exchange server as it is managed over seas by our parent company.
