We have multiple Canon Copiers (adv imagerunner series) and are setup to print via NtWare's Uniflow. Works Great (for the most part). I dont want to say anything bad about it because it really is that cool. However, our vendor that implemented the copiers doesnt know how to use the bypass tray on the copiers while uniflow is in the middle of intercepting the print jobs. They are out of ideas (and honestly doesnt deem it to be a real problem for them). Is anyone using uniflow while still having the ability to put a sheet of paper in the bypass tray to get used as the input paper for the print job from the uniflow secure input queue?
