It seems every email-to-fax solution requires just one email address as the sender. Does any cloud-hosted email-to-fax solution allow you to specify that anyone with an email in our domain or originating from our gateway address can send a fax? Does it then send confirmation or error reports back to the email address of the sender? I don't want to have to create as many individually managed accounts as I have users, but would be willing to pay per user for a single account. We just want to get rid of our in-house fax server and analog lines.
